Established in 1974 by Mr. Harminder Singh. Engineers by Profession employed with Indian Govt, Mr. Singh Started his business with 2 Machines operating them himself by only doing Coupling Nuts. With having many small Customers KAPURTHALA started selling to Bhel , Indian Railways to Defence, Punjab Government Selected Our Product in quality mark with PQM ( Punjab Quality Mark ) Till the early 90's the Company was only with domestic clients and in 2001 it was taken over by Mr. Jaskirat Singh who is now the CEO of the Company. At present our company have engineers, technocrats, metallurgist, and qualified experienced staff working with the strength of dedicated 300 workers. The unit having facility of Forging - Hot & Cold, Machining i.e. Grinding, Milling, Turning, Tapping Threading, Slotting and punching etc. The company is well equipped with the Heat Treatment Plant. Electro Galvanizing, Hot Dip Galvanizing and Nickel Electroplating Plant in house, complete laboratory with chemical and mechanical test facilities are available.
We can produce all types of nuts We manufacture big nuts upto M100 or 4", Pins and tractor linkage parts, Sheet Metal Components, Our Forging Division is accoutred to handle Bolts upto 56 mm in diameter and 400mm in length, Threaded Rods & Studs are made both in mild steel and high tensile materials to DIN 975, DIN 976- Form A and B. and Brass turned Components. Located in Ludhiana, Kapurthala Industrial Corporation has three manufacturing units Working with its sister Concern precision Products spread across an area of 4000 square yards, just 4 hours away up to the north from New Delhi, the capital of India. We have a capacity to metric tones per annum and we are ably supported by a host of ancillaries out of which 80% of our sales is export.
